Lac Seul: a reservoir created in 1929, when a dam was constructed at Ear Falls. The dam controlled hydro-electricity as well as the water flow into the Winnipeg River. It also created a lake over 100 miles long, with over 5,000 miles of shoreline, and is arguably the best fishery in Ontario.
